Valeria is the first AI that runs your payroll. We help high-turnover companies manage payroll and compliance faster, cheaper, and without errors. We’re growing fast and looking for a Founding Sales Representative to build our outbound motion from scratch.
The Role
We’re looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial sales professional to join as one of the first commercial hires. This is a full-cycle outbound sales role — from prospecting and pipeline generation, to demos and closing. You’ll be shaping not only our revenue engine, but also our culture, processes, and customer relationships.
What you’ll do
* Own the entire outbound sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, and close.
* Build and execute creative outreach strategies to generate pipeline.
* Work closely with the founders to refine the pitch, positioning, and sales playbook.
* Develop trusted relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers in high-turnover industries (retail, hospitality, logistics, etc.).
* Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
* Be a cultural builder: help set the tone of ambition, speed, and accountability within the sales team.
What we’re looking for
* 5 years of experience in B2B outbound / full-cycle sales, preferably in SaaS.
* Proven track record of exceeding quota.
* You like cold calling.
* Hunter mentality: resilient, creative, and hungry to win new business.
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills in Catalan & Spanish.
* Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, and eager to build from zero.
* High ownership and bias to action — you make things happen.
