The Security Education, Training, and Awareness (SETA) Product Owner is responsible for delivering SETA products and services, including:
* Education services:
delivering security training programs to develop our teams in information security;
* Training services:
implementing training for all employees in line with our information security governance framework and cyber security business needs;
* Awareness campaigns:
designing engaging campaigns across the Liebherr group divisions and companies.
Location
The position is based in Madrid city centre, where a new office is being established. Until the setup is complete, flexible remote working is available. On-site presence will be required once the office is operational.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver educational tracks aligned with the NICE framework to enhance technical security skills.
* Design and implement comprehensive security training for all employee groups addressing cyber threats, security risks, and regulatory requirements.
* Create engaging security awareness campaigns utilizing creative formats and delivery methods, including phishing simulations and gamification.
* Adapt and tailor SETA products and services to regional cultures and specific business division needs.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track risk and performance indicators, supporting cultural transformation and human resilience in security.
* Partner with stakeholders across divisions, including IT, HR, Communications, and other Business Units, to promote adoption of SETA initiatives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related fields.
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in security education, training, and awareness.
* Preferred certifications:
SSAP, CCAP, CAPC, CISSP.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in multicultural environments.
* Experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, behavioral science, and change management.
* Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in communication and training content.
* Desirable:
experience in product ownership and service delivery using SAFe or similar agile methodologies.
