**What You'll Do**:
As a QA Technician, you will contribute to the general goals of the QA Department:
- Maintenance of the Quality and Food Safety certifications of the site: ISO 22716, ISO 22000.
- Continuous improvement of the QMS, always keeping focus on market and regulatory needs.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Evaluate new suppliers and third-party manufacturers and periodically reevaluate them according to their quality performance.
- Lead on-site and desktop supplier quality audits.
- Collaborate with tech transfer of manufacturing processes to third-party manufacturers from the QA standpoint.
- Collaborate with externalization of analytical processes to third-party labs from the QA standpoint.
- Coordinate the activities related to calibration and qualification of manufacturing and analysis equipment.
- Collaborate with the external services in charge of facilities and/or utilities maintenance that may be critical from the quality standpoint (e.g., pest control).
- Manage deviations and OOS found in raw materials and packaging materials.
- Coordinate the response to customer requests related to quality.
- Assist customers in case of quality complaints, leading the internal investigations and in coordination with other Lubrizol sites.
**Skills That Make a Difference**:
- High Studies in Sciences.
- 3 years of relevant experience related to quality management systems within the food industry. Experience on quality management systems in the cosmetics industry will be also valued.
- Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of other languages and advanced computer skills (especially knowledge of quality management software) will be valued.
- Proactive approach to problem solving and good interpersonal skills. Collaborative and team building attitude.
- Ability to build consensus between stakeholders with different approaches and interests.
