modernization, decommissioning, consolidation, and simplification of legacy systems. Development and deployment of digital strategies aligned with AI-readiness and emerging technology trends. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Drive alignment among IT, business, data, and security teams to ensure project outcomes support enterprise objectives. Monitor project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to maintain momentum and avoid delivery delays. Create and deliver clear, compelling communication materials for executive-level updates, steering committees, and stakeholder briefings. Champion best practices in governance, including stakeholder management, change control, compliance, and documentation. Ensure alignment with broader digital transformation goals, data strategies, and AI exploration initiatives. Experience in project management Zaragoza 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within IT, digital transformation, or enterprise architecture environments. Proven experience leading complex, multi-country or enterprise-scale programs. Strong understanding of application governance, technology debt, platform consolidation, and emerging digital technologies. Familiarity with AI technologies, trends, and how they impact enterprise strategies and architecture. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and change management skills. Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar.
