The Human ResourcesOperations Trainee supports the objectives of the People & CultureDepartment (Human Resources Department). The function should be supportive, hands-on,methodical, and business focused; creating memorable moments for our employees,taking ownership for assigned activities whilst collaborating closely with theirimmediate report and key business partners to deliver quality results. The jobincumbent acts as an ambassador for HR, reflecting the company culture andvalues. All work is carried out in accordance with company corporate policies,procedures, and service concepts according to local requirements and regulations.
Responsibilities
1. Maintaining and verifying HR systems accuracyto ensure optimal performance and functionality, providing administrativesupport when required.
2. Collaborate with colleagues to maximize theemployee service and the team experience, delivering a positive and responsiveapproach to enquiries and problem resolution.
3. Upkeeping employee records and files incompliance with legal and organizational requirements.
4. Registering enrolments, disenrollments and datamodifications in different benefit plans and in company tools.
5. Providing first-level support and guidance toemployees and managers on HR policies, procedures and programs. HR inquiriesare responded via a ticket system, or chat, and complex or sensitive issuesshould be escalated to the Manager, Shared Services.
6. Any other HR task that is assigned by the team.
