Digital Marketing Manager – Confidential Premium Magazine Brand
Salary: Up to 50.000€ gross per year
Start Date: asap
Location: Marbella-based preferred, could consider non-local candidates who must be
present in Marbella at least 1 week per month. No travel required

Currently in a key growth phase, the company is building its core team and operational
structure, offering a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and play a pivotal role
in shaping the business as it scales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and execute the company's digital growth strategy across all channels
• Manage paid media campaigns (Meta, Google) with focus on subscriptions,
visibility, and brand positioning. Including budget allocation.
• Track and analyse campaign performance, maintain dashboards, and ensure
accurate tracking setup (pixels, analytics tools)
• Optimise website performance, conversion funnels, and digital user experience
• Develop and execute email marketing and CRM strategies
• Analyse performance metrics and continuously optimise campaigns based on
insights
• Collaborate with editorial and social media teams to align storytelling and
campaigns
• Support launch strategies for new editions, markets, and partnerships
• Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns for magazine releases and
brand initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Manage timelines, tools, and workflows to keep all digital marketing activities
structured and efficient
• Support the development and optimisation of the website, including the
implementation of new digital features and advertising formats
• Assist in the setup and ongoing management of the CMS, ensuring content is
efficiently maintained and continuously improved
Requirements:
• 5 years proven experience in a similar role in media, luxury, or lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnels, and analytics tools
• Experience with Shopify/Webflow or similar CMS
• Start-up mindset with the ability to bring structure to a fast-moving, evolving
environment
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Fluent in English
