Experteer Overview In this role you will execute the full payroll process to ensure timely, accurate pay in line with local regulations and internal guidelines. You will work closely with Accounting, Legal, Controlling and HR to support stores on payroll matters and handle corrections, changes and deductions. You will manage terminations, back pay, overtime, and leave accruals to maintain accuracy across the workforce. - Review new hires in the payroll system for accuracy and necessary corrections
- Process termination payments
- Handle salary changes and calculate back pay and overtime/shift allowances
- Calculate deductions and ensure sick leave and vacation accruals are accurate
- Provide payroll support to stores and respond to payroll-related questions and concernsResponsabilidades
- Degree in Labour Relations or Law
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience running full payroll process
- Experience handling payroll calculations, incidences and settlements
- Fluency in Spanish and intermediate EnglishRequisitos principales
