Currently, we are looking for an E-commerce Project Manager to join our vibrant international team of experts.
This is a full-time remote contractor position.
As our E-commerce Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our online presence. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of creating new landing pages, funnels, website projects, and marketing campaigns — including coordinating copy, images, and page building. Additionally, you will oversee website updates, ensuring it runs smoothly and reflects the latest initiatives. This role also involves close collaboration with the Localization Project Manager to ensure all relevant pages are properly prepared and translated for global audiences.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and optimization of new landing pages and funnels for our e-commerce platform.
2. Generate and analyze performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to maximize conversion rates.
3. Manage email marketing projects — supporting the team with timelines, asset delivery, and campaign completion.
4. Manage internal and external staff, fostering collaboration and ensuring project timelines are met.
5. Maintain the website through regular updates, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and performance.
6. Manage project documentation, timelines, and task tracking using tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
7. Conduct quality assurance (QA) before launching new pages or campaigns to ensure correctness, visual consistency, and brand alignment.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience managing e-commerce projects, especially landing pages and funnels.
2. Knowledge of Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms (preferred).
3. Experience with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
4. Experience collaborating with agencies and brands across industries.
5. Strong project management skills, from inception to completion.
6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
8. Attention to detail to ensure consistency and accuracy across all elements.
9. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
10. Familiarity with page-building apps and other tools like quizzes.
