We are hiring for an Inside Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of 6 Aftermarket Sales Representatives covering three regions: the UK, Eastern Europe and Nordics.
The primary focus of this role is to ensure effective supervision of sales activities, adherence to the sales process, and the implementation of strategies designed to maximize customer engagement and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Supervision
* Manage 6 Aftermarket Sales Representatives, ensuring daily performance and call targets (a minimum of 15 calls per day)
* Conduct two annual site visits per team member for coaching and support
* Drive ongoing training in partnership with Sales Operations
* Ensure compliance with the sales process and organizational standards
* Develop and manage calling strategies to boost customer engagement and lead generation
* Adjust strategies based on performance data and market trends
CRM Management
* Ensure CRM compliance through regular audits and accurate data entry.
* Manage dashboards to track sales metrics and performance indicators
Performance Monitoring
* Track KPIs and implement action plans to improve results
* Review monthly forecasts and adjust strategies to meet target
Interdepartmental Coordination
* Collaborate with other teams to streamline processes and resolve issues.
* Handle escalated conflicts to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
* Proven experience in a sales supervisory role, ideally within an outbound calling environment or a similar sales context
* Fluent English, other languages such as German, Polish, French, Italian or Dutch would be an asset
* Strong commercial and sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving results
* Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis, with the ability to develop and maintain dashboards
* Exceptional leadership, people management, and conflict resolution capabilities
* Availability to travel within Europe for meeting and site visits
