ECORN Agency is a Shopify-focused ecommerce agency working with consumer brands across development, CRO, UX/UI, retention, TikTok Shop, and AI-driven ecommerce operations.
We help brands improve ecommerce performance through Shopify development, conversion optimization, growth strategy, and operational execution.
We are now hiring a Senior Sales / Business Development Manager to help build a predictable outbound and partnership-driven sales pipeline.
This role is focused on creating structure around sales and helping transition from founder-led sales into a scalable process.
You will work directly with the founder and internal team across outreach, qualification, discovery, proposal development, and deal closing.
This is not a passive inbound sales role. We are looking for someone comfortable building pipeline from scratch.
What You Will Do

- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of ecommerce, Shopify, DTC, retail, and consumer brand opportunities
- Research and prioritize target accounts
- Run outreach through LinkedIn, email, Upwork, warm introductions, partnerships, and re-engagement campaigns
- Book and lead discovery calls with founders, ecommerce managers, marketing leaders, and operators
- Qualify opportunities based on fit, budget, urgency, scope, decision process, and expected margin
- Work with the founder and team to turn discovery calls into proposals, audits, SOWs, and next steps
- Improve outreach messaging, follow-up sequences, proposals, and CRM processes
- Maintain clean CRM data and weekly sales reporting
- Help build a repeatable sales process that can scale with the agency
Requirements
3–7+ years of B2B sales, business development, or account executive experience
Experience selling services, consulting, digital agency work, ecommerce services, web development, marketing services, SaaS implementation, or similar high-consideration offers
Proven ability to generate pipeline independently, not only close warm inbound leads
Strong consultative selling skills:

Comfortable speaking with founders, CEOs, ecommerce managers, marketing leaders, and operators
Strong ownership and remote-work discipline
CRM experience with HubSpot, Pipedrive, ClickUp, or similar systems

Shopify / ecommerce / CRO / retention / performance marketing sales experience
Experience selling to US and EU clients

Compensation
We offer a fixed base + commission structure.
Base Compensation

- $1,500–$2,000/month depending on experience + commission
- Higher base possible for proven senior candidates with strong agency/ecommerce sales background
