The Position
* Analyze financial and operational performance to identify risks and opportunities
* Support pricing, cost, and margin optimization initiatives
* Contribute to procurement and sourcing strategies
* Participate in forecasting, business planning, and performance management
* Monitor customer profitability and performance
* Support cross‑functional transformation initiative
Who you are
We are looking for high‑potential early‑career professionals with a strong analytical mindset and motivation to build a career in healthcare and operations.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or related fields
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)
* Interest in healthcare, operations, and data‑driven environments
* Full availability for a 24‑month program
Timelines & further information
* Full‑time 24‑month graduate contract (not a university internship agreement)
* Based in Sant Cugat (Barcelona)
* Start date: September 2026
* Assessment Center: July 7th
