Head Of Growth - EdTech (Full remote - French fluent)
Paradox EN – Full-time, remote or from our offices in Dubai or Lisbon.

French and English fluency is required. Our chosen written language is English.

Mission
Architect and pilot the revenue engine. Transition Paradox from founder‐led marketing to a brand‐led, repeatable, data‐driven engine. Lead from the front, testing hypotheses, launching new channels, and guiding the team.

Key Responsibilities

Continuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch offer–market fit.

Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn't; refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence.

Architect funnels and campaigns (hands‐on); map them out and oversee implementation. Set up tracking and ensure machine works before scaling budget.

Relentless optimization (CRO & A/B testing): design, launch, analyze tests; hunt for friction points; audit and fix non‐converting pages.

Channel exploration & scaling: collaborate with the paid social lead, identify winning acquisition channels, apply data‐backed briefs to the Content Factory.

Design and optimize growth loops (product, retention, referral, content).

Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales, retention, and expansion and identify constraints.

Manage the growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM); source talent, train, and hold accountability.

Align with sales: focus on high‐intent leads, set up a feedback loop, and prioritize quality over volume.

Experience

Minimum 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing (SaaS, e‐commerce, or digital products).

Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests with measurable revenue or activation improvements.
