Our Product & Underwriting team is growing, and we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Senior Pricing & Insurance Risk Analyst. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong analytical skills, and wants to further develop within an international insurance environment.
What You Will Do
* Conduct pricing activities: assess reliability of data, evaluate insurance risk, and create pricing proposals.
* Analyse risks, collect data, monitor trends and assess their impact on premiums.
* Prepare statistical reports, pricing analyses and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure pricing consistency with group guidelines and compliance standards.
* Collaborate with Product and Finance teams on product development and improvements.
* Work with international colleagues and participate in cross-country projects.
* Contribute to portfolio monitoring, performance analysis and optimisation ideas.
* Work with global tools such as SalesForce, SQL, PowerBI, Excel and internal pricing platforms.
What We Are Looking For
* Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing, underwriting, insurance risk assessment or related analytical roles.
* Strong analytical thinking, ability to interpret data and assess risk.
* Experience in Insurance Industry.
* Good knowledge of SQL and MS Excel; experience with pricing or actuarial tools as Radar is a plus.
* Attention to detail, independence and a sense of ownership.
* English at C1 level for daily communication in an international team.
* Team-oriented mindset and willingness to share ideas and insights.
* Basic familiarity with available AI tools such as ChatGPT.
