As a Process Excellence expert within Bain’s Enterprise Technology team, you drive large-scale Source to Pay and Procure to Pay transformations. You design end-to-end S2P processes aligned with SAP S/4HANA and other enablers, delivering efficiency, compliance, and value. You lead client workshops, guide senior stakeholders, and own content that shapes procurement transformation. This role blends technology with business strategy to enable scalable digital transformations and improved working capital. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver tangible impact.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead end-to-end S2P process design within tech-enabled transformations
• Define design standards for S2P transformations enabled by SAP S/4HANA and tools like Ariba, Jagger, and AI
• Ensure process designs meet global standards, statutory requirements, and internal controls
• Identify gaps between business requirements and S/4HANA capabilities; advise standardization vs customization
• Coordinate S2P integration with Finance (R2R), Supply Chain (Plan to Fulfill), and Master Data
• Define S2P test scenarios for SIT and UAT
• Facilitate and steer BPR with senior stakeholders to drive standardization and simplification
• Lead client workshops and steer conversations toward business value and results
Responsabilidades
• 15+ years of functional expertise with strong technology knowledge
• 7–10 years of S2P optimization experience in large-scale ERP programs (SAP S/4HANA)
• Extensive experience in procurement, accounts payable, and shared services process design
• Ability xpzdshu to articulate best-in-class processes and where standard SAP out-of-the-box fits or needs customization
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and content ownership skills
• Experience driving work planning, timely content creation, and cross-team collaboration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage senior leaders
• Team-oriented with ability to coach junior members and work in global teams
• Hands-on ability to produce high-quality, ready-to-use presentation materials
