If you would like to make a real difference to cancer diagnostics and advancing personalized medicine, submit your CV.We are looking for a dynamic professional Software Deployment Specialist to join our Agilent Diagnostic Service team serving the European pathology market.**Position Summary**:**Responsibilities**- Assist the field organization during sales process by providing technical expertise and expert knowledge of Agilent’s (formerly Dako) connectivity products as needed.- Planning and mapping of the scope of work required- Lead and manage all aspects of an implementation project- Interface with customers and customer IT departments on their technical requirements for the proposed sale- Work with LIS vendors to seamlessly integrate Agilent’s Dako labelled solutions- Prepare installation of hardware and software at customer site and ensure installed systems are verified and validated- Train internal employees and customers’ staff in use of Agilent’s Dako labelled solutions with a focus on the software- Provide after sales service and support to customers who have “gone live” with Agilent’s Dako labelled products preferably remotely or on-site if necessary.- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer of installations to Agilent support staff.- Work with customers throughout Europe with a primary focus on Spain, Italy and the UK.This position based in Spain is fully remote.
