About The RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager to own cross-functional operations for the Self‐Service team. You will design processes, coordinate delivery across departments, and ensure initiatives move from planning to completion efficiently.

This role reports to the Director of Self‐Service and serves as the operational hub connecting the team with Marketing, DevRel, Support, Product, and Engineering.

Responsibilities
\n
Design and maintain collaboration framework with partner departments (intake, SLAs, escalation paths)
\n
Operate request tracking system — receive team needs, route to owners, monitor progress
\n
Coordinate delivery timelines for multi‐team initiatives
\n
Run regular syncs with key contacts across departments
\n
Identify and resolve blockers, escalates when needed
\n
Prepare status reports for team and stakeholders
\n
Document processes and maintain operational playbooks
\n
Support launch coordination for cross‐functional releases
\n
Requirements
\n
3+ years of project management experience in a technology company
\n
Experience coordinating work across multiple teams
\n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
\n
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
\n
Track record of establishing and improving processes
\n
Fluent English

Experience in B2B SaaS or platform companies
\n
Background in product operations or program management
\n
Gaming industry knowledge
