About All Nations Wholesale SL All Nations Wholesale SL is the Spanish operating entity of All Nations Wholesale, a pan-European FMCG distributor with a legacy dating back to 1972. We specialize in authentic food, grocery, and household products sourced from South Asia, the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, North Africa, the Americas, and the Caribbean.

Our mission is simple: providing diverse communities with consistent access to the essential products of their everyday lives. From our logistics hub in Valencia, we supply ethnic supermarkets, independent grocers, restaurants, and regional wholesalers across the Iberian Peninsula. We are currently in a phase of rapid expansion, building a high-performance commercial team to lead this growth.

The Role We are seeking a highly responsible and autonomous Field Sales Representative to manage our operations across Spain, with regular coverage into Portugal. This is a territory-based role requiring a professional who is disciplined, punctual, and capable of working 100% in the field.

You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from cold-prospecting to long-term account management. This role requires a \"fast-learner\" mindset and the leadership ability to adapt to a fast-moving, multi-cultural wholesale environment.

Typical Weekly Structure

- 3 to 4 days on the road visiting existing accounts and prospecting new clients.
- Presenting new product lines and seasonal ranges to professional buyers.
- Negotiating order volumes, pricing, and logistics terms.
- Daily pipeline updates and periodic strategy check-ins with senior management.

Core Responsibilities

- Prospect and convert new ethnic retail, restaurant, and wholesale accounts across Spain and Portugal.
- Manage and expand a high-value portfolio of existing accounts.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in administrative reporting and order documentation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and new account milestones.
- Monitor competitor activity to provide actionable market intelligence.

Candidate Profile: Responsibility and Leadership

- Experience: 2 to 4 years of field sales experience in FMCG, food distribution, or wholesale.
- Reliability: We require a person who demonstrates absolute punctuality and a commitment to daily field presence.
- Detail-Oriented: A proven ability to manage complex pricing, orders, and logistics documentation without errors.
- Adaptability: A high capacity for learning new product ranges and navigating diverse cultural business environments.
- Languages: Fluent Spanish is required. Proficiency in English, Arabic, Urdu, Punjabi, Somali, or Portuguese is a significant advantage.
- Logistics: A valid driving license is mandatory. Candidates must be prepared for regular travel with occasional overnight stays.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

- Monthly revenue targets per territory.
- Number of new accounts activated per quarter.
- Account retention and average order value (AOV) growth.
- Visit frequency compliance for tiered accounts.

All Nations Wholesale SL busca un/a Representante de Ventas para gestionar el territorio de España y Portugal. Buscamos a una persona altamente responsable, puntual y con gran capacidad de liderazgo para trabajar 100% sobre el terreno.

Requisitos Clave:

- 2 a 4 años de experiencia en ventas de campo (FMCG, alimentación o mayorista).
- Gran capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptación a entornos multiculturales.
- Residencia en Valencia/alrededores o vehículo propio para desplazamientos diarios.
- Disponibilidad inmediata para viajar con regularidad.
- Idiomas: Español fluido; se valorarán muy positivamente otros idiomas (Inglés, Árabe, Urdu, Punjabi, Portugués).
