3. Enhancing RevPar through effective management of diverse sales channels.

5. Ensuring excellence in our Accommodation & Catering offerings.
6. Implementing and monitoring procedures to maintain high standards.
7. Upholding labor relations, health, and safety regulations.
8. Acting as a representative of Accor and the hotel owner in all relevant matters.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in the hospitality industry.
* Strong customer orientation, commitment, and emotional intelligence.
* Credibility as a point of reference for hotel staff and stakeholders.
* Solid managerial skills to unite the team around shared objectives with a focus on quality and financial goals.
* Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
