Buscamos:
Un/a Conserje de Noche para el edificio de personal ubicado en el centro de San Antonio. El conserje de noche será el encargado de garantizar la seguridad, el orden y el buen funcionamiento del edificio durante el turno nocturno, así como de atender a los residentes y gestionar cualquier incidencia que pueda surgir.
Las principales responsabilidades del puesto son:
17. Vigilancia y seguridad del edificio: control de entradas y salidas de personas del edificio, realizar rondas de inspección por las instalaciones.
18. Gestión de incidencias :averías, atención a los residentes.
19. Supervisión de zonas comunes: velar por el orden y buen estado de las zonas comunes.
20. Reporte de incidencias: informar al equipo de recursos humanos y mantenimiento de cualquier incidencia ocurrida durante la noche

What we are looking for:
we are looking to recruit a Night Concierge for the staff accommodation building located in the center of San Antonio.
The Night Concierge will be responsible for ensuring the safety, order, and proper functioning of the building during the night shift, as well as assisting residents and managing any incidents that may arise.
Main responsibilities:
25. Building security and monitoring: controlling the entry and exit of people in the building and carrying out inspection rounds throughout the facilities.
26. Incident management: handling maintenance issues and assisting residents when needed.
27. Common areas supervision: ensuring that shared spaces remain clean, orderly, and in good condition.
28. Incident reporting: informing the Human Resources and Maintenance teams of any issues that occur during the night.
