Key Responsibilities:
1. Emergency Governance & Response Coordination
2. Lead the overall emergency governance framework, design and implement standardized processes and tools to ensure efficient, timely risk response. Organize training and capacity building for key personnel to enable rapid, effective incident resolution during crises.
3. High-Risk Supply Chain Issue Management
4. Own end-to-end management of high-risk supply chain operations and legacy issues;
conduct root-cause analysis and propose actionable remediation plans. Drive cross-functional collaboration mechanisms to ensure swift, coordinated responses to external regulatory incidents.
5. Regulatory Risk Governance Enhancement
6. Strengthen internal processes and early-warning systems related to external regulatory risks, thereby elevating organizational compliance awareness and resilience against emerging threats.
7. Capability Building & Solution Optimization
8. Plan and deliver targeted training programs for critical stakeholders;
continuously refine emergency response protocols and risk mitigation frameworks specific to high-risk scenarios.
Qualifications:
1. Education :
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, Public Affairs, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
3. Experience :
4. 3–5 years of professional experience in risk management, supply chain operations, internal audit, or consulting—preferably with exposure to complex project delivery. Experience in multinational corporations and direct engagement with regulatory authorities is highly valued.
5. Technical Skills :
6. Proficient in project management methodologies (e.G., PMBOK, Agile) and process standardization;
skilled in data analytics tools (e.G., Excel, Power BI, SQL) and risk management platforms (e.G., RSA Archer, MetricStream). Strong expertise in supply chain risk assessment, compliance auditing, and emergency response planning is essential.

9. Language Requirements :
10. Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken), with strong capabilities in international correspondence and documentation. Proficiency in additional European languages (e.G., Polish, German, French) is a plus.
