Your mission as BRAND ACTIVATION MANAGER will be: Implementing 360º marketing activities (OFF/ON line) related to the brand, ensuring all actions align with the brand's identity, values, and commercial objectives.
Main responsibilities:
* Planning brand activations across all channels (promotions, advertising, events, social media, digital campaigns, etc.).
* For brands with VM, define the medical strategy alongside the Medical Marketing Lead.
* Monitor competitors and market trends to anticipate changes and adjust strategies.
* Manage promotional materials and regularly follow up on sales forecasts of products.
* Lead proposals for resources and/or promotional tools needed to achieve objectives, targeting audiences such as social media followers, medical professionals, pharmacists, non-pharmacy channels, and consumers.
* Develop sales and promotional budgets.
* Define the media strategy (Pure Media & Advocacy) with the Media Lead, including investments, media mix, KPIs, plans, and orchestration, aligned with business goals, global guidelines, and the omnichannel plan.
* Work with the Content Activation Manager to develop harmonized and consistent content—Off & On-line / Paid & organic and Off-line— for campaigns.
Profile:
Education: University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Additional marketing training is a plus, especially for candidates with backgrounds in other fields.
Skills: Advanced market and competitor analysis tools, B2C media management, experience coordinating with media agencies and suppliers, budget management, and ROI analysis.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar roles, preferably in the cosmetics sector. Prior experience as Brand Manager, Product Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, or related positions.
Languages: Essential Spanish and advanced English; knowledge of French is a plus.
IT Skills: Proficiency in office tools and digital platforms, including market analysis tools and social media management.
