Fleet maintenance — hands-on, year-round care of the fleet: seasonal checks, antifouling, cleaning systems, minor repairs, equipment upkeepUrgent mechanical triage — when something breaks before a charter, you assess it, fix what you can, and coordinate the right people for what you can'tSolid mechanical xpzdshu background — marine, automotive, or industrial (marine preferred, not mandatory)Spanish and/or English — both are a plusFull-time, year-round contract based in IbizaA real role with ownership and responsibility — not a junior assistant position
