PA BIM Specialist with a strong background in architecture, structure, and MEP modeling to support the development of high-quality BIM deliverables from point cloud data. /ppbr/ppResponsibilities: /pulliDevelop accurate BIM models from point cloud data (Scan to BIM) across architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines. /liliCreate BIM models with different Levels of Detail (LOD / LOI) according to project/client’s requirements. /liliEnsure all deliverables comply with BIM standards, BEP specifications, and internal quality guidelines. /liliPerform quality control to verify geometric and dimensional accuracy against point clouds. /liliProduce technical documentation derived from the model (drawings, views, sections, etc.). /liliProvide technical support to other team members. /li /ulpbr/ppQualifications: /pulliBachelor's degree in Architectural, Engineering or related degree. /lili+2 years of professional experience in BIM software and modeling tools. /liliAdvanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit (mandatory) /liliExperience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Autodesk. /liliExperience modeling across multiple disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP - mandatory). /liliExperience delivering projects following BIM methodologies and best practices. /liliIntermediate/Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken). /liliAdvanced proficiency in German (written and spoken). /li /ulpbr/ppWe are an equal opportunity employer.
