This efficiency helps reduce costs when shopping.As the leading global freight booking platform, we experience double-digit growth year after year, supporting over one million shipments annually.About The RoleThe Director of Revenue Operations will optimize and align revenue processes across all commercial functions—Sales, Account Management, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success—working closely with Sales Operations to leverage data-driven strategies. This role enhances cross-functional collaboration, builds scalable processes, and delivers insights to support hyper-growth on a $30M+ revenue base.The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational expertise and has a deep understanding of SaaS and logistics tech business dynamics. This role will also provide interim leadership for the Sales Operations team during the current leader’s leave.ResponsibilitiesRevenue Planning & Forecasting:
Drive quarterly and annual revenue forecasts, translate business strategy into revenue plans, identify gaps, lead cross-functional action plans, and optimize processes.Commercial Performance Management:
Define and track KPIs, design dashboards with Product and Data teams, and run performance reviews.Strategic Execution and Coordination:
Manage cross-functional GTM initiatives, align stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution.Revenue Enablement:
Build and govern sales playbooks, onboarding, training, and communications;
collaborate with Sales Ops to operationalize content.GTM Alignment and Cross-Segment Coordination:
Facilitate alignment across segments, lead collaboration mechanisms, and bridge communication gaps.Pricing & Packaging Support:
Advise on monetization strategies, support pricing governance, and provide feedback loops.Special Projects & Strategy:
Lead strategic initiatives and contribute to leadership materials.Partnership with Sales Operations:
Collaborate on CRM strategy, pipeline, tooling, lead processes, quota setting, and sales productivity;
