You will work closely with developers, content creators, and account managers to identify and resolve SEO issues, implement best practices, and ensure websites are fully optimized for search engines.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform in-depth technical audits and provide actionable recommendations.Monitor and optimize site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and page speed.Identify and fix issues related to canonicalization, redirects, structured data, hreflang tags, and XML sitemaps.Collaborate with developers to implement SEO recommendations and troubleshoot technical issues.Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends and algorithm updates.Use tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Google Analytics to track performance and opportunities.Conduct keywords research in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and German.Identify content optimisation on a monthly basisDevelop and manage SEO roadmaps for client projects.Ensure websites follow SEO best practices and are compliant with Core Web Vitals and other technical benchmarks.Support content SEO efforts by ensuring technical elements align with on-page strategies.Create clear, concise reports and present findings to internal teams or clients as needed.Requirements3+ years of experience in a technical SEO role, preferably within a marketing agency or consulting environment.Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they impact SEO.Experience with CMS platforms especially WordPress.Proficient with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush and others.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.Familiarity with international SEO (e.g., hreflang, multilingual/multiregional setups).Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience.Nice to HaveExperience with JavaScript SEO and dynamic rendering.Understanding of accessibility and how it ties into SEO.Basic knowledge of Python or data visualization tools.Familiarity with server-side elements (e.g., log file analysis, HTTP status codes, server response times).BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth insuranceTicket restaurantRemote work on Monday and FridayPossibility to work part-timeOngoing professional development and trainingCollaborative and supportive team culture
