We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our team at Montibox in Spain, primarily covering the Spanish market.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and customer relationships to drive growth.
* Increase revenues and execute business plans to enhance sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within Spain.
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to gather market intelligence, adjust strategies, and update customer data.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels to ensure excellent service and maximize profitability.
* Support contract creation and negotiation, ensuring alignment with guidelines and margins.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts, manage account plans, and utilize CRM systems for customer engagement.
* Identify cross-selling opportunities and serve as a market expert to promote the company's image and cultivate long-term relationships.
* Handle administrative tasks such as managing customer data in ERP, conducting cold calls, and maintaining records to support sales activities.

* Extensive knowledge and expertise in the packaging industry.
* Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Sales Representative.
* Knowledge of the bag-in-box market is a strong asset.
* Proven track record in acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.
* Ability to recognize and address customer needs, interests, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
* Proficiency in product demonstrations and knowledge transfer, contributing to team expertise and customer understanding of BIBP solutions.
* Effective communication skills, presentation abilities, and strong market knowledge.
* Skilled negotiator and influencer with strong networking abilities, adept at securing opportunities.
* Willingness and eagerness to travel for business to cover the assigned market.
