The Sales Operations Department provides operational and strategic support to global sales teams, serving as the critical link between sales and cross-functional departments. The team is committed to high standards and high-quality data provision, ensuring accuracy in all activities.
Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with global sales and renewal teams to facilitate the order process.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with departments including Sales, Legal, and Finance to meet strategic goals.
* Review orders and supporting documentation for completeness, clarify issues, and update CRM systems.
* Ensure data integrity and consistency.
* Investigate and resolve discrepancies, escalating when necessary.
* Coordinate with technical and Finance teams for critical information delivery.
* Update CRM with contractual and deal-related data.
* Prepare and distribute reports across departments.
* Perform administrative duties supporting Global Business Operations Teams.
* Own regional onboarding and training for new employees.
* Assess and recommend improvements to current sales and business practices.
* Partner with regional sales teams to implement sales operations best practices.
