Responsibilities
Lead marketing strategy and execution for the Spanish market.
Develop and implement campaigns across digital channels: social media, email, paid ads, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, creative) to ensure campaigns align with brand strategy and business goals.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize ROI.
Manage marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
Requirements
3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in eCommerce, with focus on Spanish-speaking markets.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, and analytics.
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Experience managing campaigns on social media, paid ads, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills.
Data-driven, results-oriented, and proactive.
