We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Telco Industry to join our dynamic team in Madrid, Spain.
Role Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Telco clients, acting as their primary point of contact within Arrow.
* Lead end-to-end sales processes – from prospecting and solution development to negotiation and closing.
* Build strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders across customers, vendors, and internal teams.
* Translate customer needs into actionable sales strategies, aligning with vendor offerings and Arrow’s value proposition.
* Participate in strategic business reviews with clients and vendors, identifying areas for growth and process improvement.
* Accurately manage pipeline and forecasts, ensuring visibility into all ongoing opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, logistics, product) to ensure successful deal execution and post-sales follow-up.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Telco market trends, competitive landscape, and vendor roadmaps.
Candidate Profile
* Experience in sales, preferably in the Telco, IT, or technology distribution sector.
* Skilled in managing key accounts and developing long-term customer relationships.
* Understanding of solution-based selling and connecting technology to business outcomes.
* Confident in client-facing roles.
* Fluent in Spanish and English – written and spoken.
* Willing to travel across Spain several times a month to meet clients.
* Proactive, well-organized, and motivated by achieving targets and delivering results.
