## Occupancy Planning DirectorBarcelona Realia, SpainGREW Occupancy Planning Lead **Location**: Barcelona, SpainWe’re hiring an internal Occupancy Planning lead to own presence and utilization reporting, processes, and workplace standards—shaping our culture and enhancing employee experience. This role will be the go-to to guide leaders and teams, turning data into decisions, influencing how we work, and ensuring our workplace strategy is understood and embedded across capital projects.
