About the role We’re looking for a
Technical Project Manager
who’s excited to drive our tech initiatives forward. If you enjoy keeping teams aligned, delivering projects on time, and combining agile best practices with hands-on collaboration, this could be your next opportunity. As Tech Project Manager, you’ll coordinate developers, manage priorities, and make sure everyone has what they need to deliver their best work — while keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way.
️ Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of tech projects. Plan sprints, facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retros). Own task tracking, reporting, and backlog management in Jira. Act as the bridge between the tech team and business stakeholders. Identify and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Mentor and support team members while maintaining effective communication.
✅ Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Computer Science, or similar). 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in tech environments. Hands-on experience managing projects with Jira. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum). Strong communication and organizational skills — you keep everyone aligned and on track. Fluency in Spanish and English Technical background or IT industry knowledge.
Nice to have: Familiarity with PHP and the Symfony framework.
