AZUL HANDLING is the group dedicated to offering ground assistance and operations services for the airlines of the Grupo Ryanair España (Buzz, Lauda, Malta Air & Ryanair DAC), providing a full passenger, ramp and baggage handling service, aircraft towing, AOG spare parts shipment, as well as aircraft and baggage tracking.

Azul Handling is looking for Team Leaders for the Airport of Madrid. The Team Leader is the person responsible for the aircraft departure process, maintaining direct and continuous communication with flight crew, and ensuring all parties involved comply with established procedures to guarantee safety throughout the process. The following tasks may be required:
* Proactively control and supervise all auxiliary services (Fuel, PMR, Catering, Turntables, etc.) involved in the scale, in coordination with all parties involved.
* Be familiar with all start and end times of any auxiliary service and identify causes of possible delay.
* Conduct \"pre-scale\" briefings with the assigned work group(s) before the aircraft arrival and in the corresponding stand, informing about relevant flight details to be dispatched, reviewing safety procedures, and \"Just Culture\" to ensure safe and punctual dispatch.
* Conduct \"post-scale\" briefing with the involved work group(s) after the aircraft departure and still in the corresponding stand, reviewing and assessing the scale, and in case of delay and/or incidents, identify causes that have led to it.
* Carry out a visual review of the GSE that will be used on the aircraft, once prepared in the ESA and before the arrival of the aircraft.
* Assist cabin crew and/or technical crew as necessary, and provide any documentation or information required by them.

Requirements
* High level of English.
* Facile to perform quick and accurate arithmetic calculations.
* High sense of responsibility.
* Ability to organize and manage a work group.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to make quick decisions.
* Skills in dealing with various parties involved (flight crews, auxiliary services, etc.).
* Minimum 1 year of experience performing ramp agent tasks.
* Live within 1 hour of the airport.
* Available to interview in the coming days.
* Available to attend a one-week training course (exact details will be provided during interview).
* Available to work immediately (exact details will be provided during interview).

* We offer a competitive gross salary regulated by our collective agreement that can be increased by the variables you generate when you do split shifts, work on holidays, Sundays, nights, etc., potentially reaching a range between €22,500 and €25,500 gross annual for full-time schedule* This figure will vary depending on seniority, hours worked or other circumstances governed by our current collective agreement.
