The Oracle NetSuite Sales Development Representative (SDR) Role
The SDR role provides hands-on experience in sourcing and qualifying leads, building product knowledge, and developing sales skills. We seek a top-performing sales representative to help accelerate our year-over-year growth through revenue generation. This role combines training and autonomy, offering an invaluable learning opportunity to contribute to our success.
Responsibilities
* Analyze customer needs, personas, processes, projects, and requirements to identify solutions.
* Perform outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate high-quality, BANT-qualified leads for Account Managers.
* Develop a working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite solutions and value propositions to discuss ROI and benefits, beyond technical features.
* Maintain strategic, multi-channel outreach to accounts, leveraging both outbound efforts and inbound marketing leads.
* Interact confidently with key personnel, including executives, to influence decision-making.
* Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with Account Managers.
* Prioritize time and accounts to ensure success.
Minimum Qualifications
* Native level of Italian + fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
* BS/BA in Business Management, Finance, or Economics (preferred but not essential).
* Experience in sales involving research, prospecting, cold-calling, and quota achievement.
* Adaptable, resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
