Responsibilities
- Lead all areas of Chemical Manufacturing, including Production, Quality, EHS.
- Ensure maintenance, careful operation and availability of the entrusted equipment and utilities in the designated area
- Increase efficiency and capacity of the entrusted equipment and utilities;
keep improvements in the operational
- Ensure compliance with legal and other regulations in the operation of facilities, buildings and equipment
- Establish a continuous improvement culture
- Support management team of respective SCM-Unit in the development and implementation of SCM-Strategies and projects.
Qualifications
- Related University degree (e.G. Engineering)
- Min. 8 years of progressive experience in production, operations, or similar area
- Engineering and Maintenance experience
- Experience in Project Management
- Know-how in SAP
