- Uphold brand standards for image and grooming.
- Model company behaviors and effectively use the behavior toolkit.
- Collaborate as part of a dynamic team to deliver an exceptional Michael Kors experience.
Service
- Provide a high level of customer experience for every customer.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns quickly and effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain client communication as a MK Ambassador through utilizing all available clientelling Apps and tools.
- Proactively manage the CRM database.
Sales
- Use product knowledge resources to become a confident selling expert.
- Understand business performance and identify opportunities to drive sales.
Operations
- Operate cash registers and ensure proper functioning of all related devices.
- Accurately process payments and follow company policies for returns and refunds.
- Support opening and closing procedures for tills in line with company guidelines.
