The Sr. Business Development Manager (Sr. BDM) is responsible for the overall leadership, development and execution of business development activities within the Data Center and Semiconductor Infrastructure Market throughout Europe working closely with the International Business Unit (IBU) Executive Management Team (EMT). Continually builds market share and our reputation as the preferred source of identification by promoting the MSI vision and value proposition, combining deep industry knowledge with strategic sales acumen and the ability to drive complex, high-value technical solutions.
The Sr. BDM will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth across end users, EPCs, and design consultants involved in hyperscale data centers, semiconductor fabs, and advanced manufacturing facilities.
Candidates must be willing to relocate to Ireland.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development:
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities, initially across data center and semiconductor sectors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the European market based on market analysis for increasing market share, penetrating key accounts, introducing new products, and meeting revenue goals.
- Expand market presence by building relationships with key accounts, industry partners, and decision-makers.
- Understands the competitive environment and its impact on strategic development and operational results.
