The worker supports technical services under the guidance of lead engineers, responding to issues where first-line support has failed. They report problems to design and software engineering and may assist in customer installation and training.Provides support to customers with highly technical or sophisticated products.Working at NTT
Key Responsibilities :
Monitor, detect, and prevent incidents.Communicate complex technical issues effectively and escalate when necessary.Supervise alarms and events on platforms in real-time.Handle monitoring-related consults and claims.Take ownership of Tier 1 customer issues until resolution.Execute standard changes for customer requests.Support upper Tiers in deploying new solutions.Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.Customer-oriented, proactive, stress resistant, and detail-focused.Ability to work independently and in international teams.Logical problem-solving and passion for IT technology.Technical Skills and Education :
Valued skills include routers, switches, Linux, Unix, Windows, Apache, IIS, Tomcat, MySQL, Oracle, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. A technical degree is required.Language Skills :
