About the roleCompliance ensures Revolut’s products meet regulatory standards and promote excellent customer outcomes. The team excels at digital testing and data-driven solutions to manage conduct risk. As our insurance products grow, so does our Compliance team. We need an Insurance Compliance Manager to oversee the regulatory framework for insurance distribution, ensuring consumer protection practices are compliant. This is a hands-on role requiring familiarity with insurance and distribution requirements across the EEA, and enthusiasm for working on cutting-edge products.
What you'll be doingAdvising on compliance requirements for insurance products and controlsSupporting insurance distribution operations across the EEACreating, assessing, and implementing policiesReviewing insurance initiatives and providing compliance feedbackManaging training programsAssessing and approving marketing communicationsAnalyzing customer complaints for compliance risksCollaborating to improve customer outcomesConducting compliance monitoring activitiesScanning regulations and translating them into business actionsMapping regulatory requirements to controls and addressing gapsWorking with Risk and Legal teams to resolve issuesProactively identifying regulatory issues and recommending solutionsLiaising with stakeholders, including regulators
What you'll need
Experience in compliance risk management within consultancy, compliance, or regulationKnowledge of regulatory gap analysis, policy creation, and implementationExpertise in insurance distribution and FOS business modelsAbility to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlinesUnderstanding of compliance and business risk interactionStrong communication skills with internal teams and regulatorsAttention to detail and sound judgmentExcellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of regulatory requirements for insurance intermediariesWillingness to develop expertise in crypto and privacy areas
