1. Responsible for the operation of Retail Management, including POSM design, production, and retail deployment.
2. Conduct Retail Penetration Analysis by analyzing market insights to ensure retail coverage effectively penetrates the market.
3. Manage Retail Co-Marketing Campaigns, including roadshow activities, setup, ROI calculation, seasonal campaign implementation, and achieving sales objectives.
4. Oversee Field Force management, including hiring, execution, KPI setting, and agency management.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory; English is preferred.
* At least 3 years of experience in retail management operations, preferably in the consumer electronic product industry.
* Strong data analysis skills and ROI calculation to maximize campaign budget utilization.
* Ability to independently manage suppliers and negotiate with retailers.
* Good logical thinking, management, coordination, operational execution, learning ability, and stress resistance.
