Main Responsibilities
Sales: Target, develop and close opportunities in Large Enterprise. Territory Channel: Develop and maintain a territory channel plan for local partners aligned with the channel team and coordinate with other Account Managers managing Spanish and global partners with local presence. Enhance customer relationships by coordinating all activities between Huawei and the customer. Promote the full range of Huawei Technologies solutions. Create Sales Account plans which identify, quantify, and recommend Sales action plans to address new business opportunities aligned with Huawei Enterprise strategy. Employ available Sales Engagement Deliverables to demonstrate efficient, focused and aligned execution. Use Huawei reporting tools to ensure knowledge sharing, synergies and business predictability. Provide customer and market insight and feedback. Ensure customer satisfaction and brand integrity. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunication & Communication / Business Administration or related fields. Deep knowledge in IT Solutions, Data Center & Storage Solutions. At least 5 - 8 years ICT account sales experience. Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business. Strong market and solution knowledge. Demonstrate ability to manage customer accounts at both the CxO and technical levels. Fluency in English and Spanish. What They Offer
