**Responsibilities**:
- Use sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., Workday ATS, CRM, Phenom, Boolean searches, social media) to identify diverse talent.
- Assist in coordinating interviews, managing background checks, and facilitating other steps in the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with recruiters to implement sourcing strategies based on market trends and talent insights.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience; internships or academic projects related to HR or recruitment are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and eager to learn new technology and systems.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks, adapting to changing priorities, and working under deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to working with a diverse team.
