General Manager – Sales Office
Baltimore Aircoil Company, BAC, is a general manufacturer of heat transfer products and services. We specialize in evaporative cooling equipment that conserves water and energy. Baltimore Aircoil Iberica SA, a subsidiary of BAC Europe, offers a complete range of products and aftermarket services ensuring safe and optimal performance of BAC cooling towers and evaporative condensers.
To strengthen our Iberica team, we’re recruiting a General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage day‑to‑day operations of the local sales office and implement the BAC strategy.
- Set up, implement, and execute the sales plan actions for both units and aftermarket.
- Coach and guide BAC direct and independent sales representatives in the region to develop realistic and goal‑oriented business plans.
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve allocated sales targets and act on customer requirements.
- Execute business development strategies and business plans for growth according to local requirements and develop annual forecasts for defined territories.
- Analyze, evaluate, and monitor the technical and contractual terms of all projects.
- Manage all office‑related activities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering (or equivalent) with proven track record of industrial sales experience within an international manufacturing industry and several years of sales management experience.
- Strong people‑management skills.
- Financial knowledge and business acumen to understand financial ratios and data.
- Highly customer‑oriented with excellent listening, communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, driven by results and motivated to achieve challenging goals.
- Ability to understand the market and perform competitor analysis.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
