Position: Affiliate Manager
Location: Remote / Hybrid Sotogrande or Malta
Industry: Forex, CFD, or Trading Platforms
Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliates and IBs (Introducing Brokers).
Develop and optimize affiliate marketing strategies to drive trader acquisition.
Track, analyze, and report affiliate performance and ROI.
Maintain strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring they’re motivated and compliant.
Coordinate with marketing, compliance, and product teams to align campaigns.
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in affiliate management, ideally in forex, crypto, or online trading.
Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare models.
Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g. Affise, HasOffers, Everflow, Impact ).
Knowledge of trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and financial markets.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
English fluency (other languages a plus).
