We are seeking an Account Manager in Barcelona (on-site) to be part of our team of game-changers in the tech industry.
What you will do in this role
As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include :
* Managing partner pipelines, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals profitably.
* Understanding partner markets and competition, and evaluating reseller interest.
* Fostering partner loyalty, and promoting partner competencies and certifications in BU products.
* Ensuring partners leverage promotions, events, and programs.
* Collaborating with partners to generate revenue through campaigns, opportunity identification, and deal closure.
* Providing transparency on qualified opportunities and taking actions to close them with partners.
* Supporting partners in closing large deals when needed.
* Working closely with telemarketing, end-user sales teams, and other resources to maximize revenue and satisfaction.
* Monitoring partner marketing plans, investments, and co-marketing activities, and proposing improvements.
* Attending country partner events to meet key partners.

* Are bilingual or proficient in Portuguese and have an advanced level of English.
* Have at least two years of related technical sales experience (preferred).
* Are familiar with channel programs.
* Possess excellent negotiation, communication skills (verbal & written), and work well in teams.
* Can set goals and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Demonstrate innovation, good judgment, and problem-solving skills.
* Can develop strategies to achieve objectives.
It would be a plus if you :
* Have experience working in a channel environment, with knowledge of partners and distributors.
