What you will do
We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Technical Specialist with a solid tech background to administer and optimize the platform and lead the implementation of SFMC Personalization (MCP). The role will design and execute personalized email campaigns, ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing automation and campaign performance.
A typical day
* Administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform, including user access and governance.
* Lead configuration and implementation of SFMC Personalization (MCP) to enable advanced, tailored marketing experiences.
* Design, build, and deploy email campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder.
* Implement personalization strategies with AMPscript, dynamic content, and SFMC Personalization (MCP).
* Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SQL queries to manage and segment audiences for targeted campaigns.
* Analyze campaign performance, develop and maintain robust analytics and reporting, and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with data privacy and marketing regulations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and continuously improve marketing automation processes.
What you need to succeed
* At least 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and email marketing.
* Experience configuring and implementing SFMC Personalization (MCP) for advanced audience targeting and tailored messaging.
* Proficiency in SQL for data segmentation, manipulation, and report development.
* Strong understanding of CRM data integration and segmentation.
* Proficiency in AMPscript and HTML/CSS for email development.
* Experience analyzing campaign data and developing reports to optimize campaign performance.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Advanced level of English (minimum C1), both written and spoken.
