Responsibilities
* Colaborar y apoyar en la supervisión y control del cumplimiento de protocolos.
* Proponer y coordinar las ofertas para la captación de clientes, diseño de promociones, etc., con la aprobación del Director del Hotel.
* Gestionar al equipo de Spa en ausencia del Responsable del mismo (selección, acogida, integración, formación, turnos, bajas, altas, etc.).
* Participar en los procesos administrativos y contables propios de la gestión de cobros de la recepción del SPA.
* Gestionar y supervisar el aprovisionamiento de materiales y productos utilizados para el desarrollo de los servicios.
* Supervisar la limpieza y mantenimiento de las instalaciones, avisando a la Gobernanta y al Jefe de mantenimiento de cualquier posible incidencia.
Qualifications
* Formación requerida: Grado Universitario o Grado Superior especializado.
* Experiencia mínima de al menos 2 años en puesto similar.
* Habilidades comerciales, alta orientación al cliente.
* Inglés nivel alto.
* Se valorará conocimiento intermedio de paquete Office.
