Responsibilities
* Responsible for all Growatt product technical support in Spain.
* Provide remote technical support for product issues via telephone, email, and social communication software or apps.
* Perform field services including onsite inspection and repair, inverter swapping and fitting, inverter maintenance, and customer visits.
* Collect product failure data, report major quality issues, and coordinate with headquarters staff to improve product quality.
* Prepare work reports, troubleshooting documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
* Major in power electronics preferred, preferably with experience in the photovoltaic industry.
* Ability to quickly learn multiple product series.
* Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.
* Willingness to travel frequently, hardworking, able to work under high pressure, and committed to contributing to the company.
* Familiarity with basic instrumentation such as multimeters and 485 tools.
* Proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and strong goal implementation ability.
