The Role
We are currently seeking a Payroll Lead with expertise in SAP HCM and Employee Central Payroll.
Responsibilities
* Lead payroll-related client workshops, including preparation and execution.
* Design overall solutions and act as a solution architect when needed.
* Manage, lead, and mentor other consultants.
* Provide functional and technical advice on SuccessFactors HCM/HR Payroll design.
* Lead client workshops, manage expectations, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
* Offer strategic advice on SuccessFactors applications.
Requirements
* Extensive SAP Payroll expertise with solutioning experience using SAP Payroll toolset.
* At least 7 years of SAP HCM experience.
* Knowledge of Spanish Payroll processes.
* Strong functional knowledge of HR & Payroll processes for Spain.
* Participation in a minimum of 3 end-to-end payroll implementations.
* Certification in SAP HCM Payroll.
Nice to have:
* Experience implementing ECP functionality, replication, PCC, mashups.
* Certification in Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll.
