WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As an IT Talent Acquisition specialist, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Team. You will collaborate closely and follow the methodology and guidance of the Corporate Talent Acquisition Team in your daily activities.
You will be involved in acquiring and onboarding the best IT professionals to facilitate the digital and technological transformation of our business.
Responsibilities include:
* Advising the business on talent attraction & recruitment strategies and managing stakeholder relationships with Hiring Managers.
EXPERIENCE
* 2-3 years of experience in a Technology Talent Acquisition role managing the full cycle of recruitment in an RPO, consultancy, or tech company.
* Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies for IT professionals.
* Familiarity with job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
* Working experience with Workday is a plus.
EDUCATION
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration (ADE), or related fields.

* Advanced English proficiency.
* Good communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
* Results and outcome-oriented mindset.
* Problem-solving skills and ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
