Overall Responsibilities :
* Sell holiday preview packages to guests via inbound and outbound calls.
* Exceed minimum production requirements set by management.
* Liaise with owners to generate new prospects.
* Verify and activate pre-sold packages.
* Contact MVC owners, non-owners, and members to schedule virtual sales presentations.
* Assist with marketing activities as required.
Essential Job Functions :
* Qualify potential purchasers and build relationships with owners and prospects.
* Complete bookings and obtain necessary flight details.
* Maintain logs and reservation details in the lead tracking system.
* Manage call-backs and adhere to departmental rules.
* Use templates for guest correspondence and complete verification calls.
* Ensure clients meet qualification criteria for sales presentations.
* Send confirmation letters and re-confirm appointments.
* Join and host virtual meetings, resolving attendance issues.
* Manage appointment schedules and generate guest correspondence.
* Perform compliance calls as needed.
